Cacao Ceremony + SoundBath

You’re invited into a gentle, intentional evening of connection, ritual, and rest. This heart-opening cacao ceremony is an opportunity to slow down, soften the body, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial-grade cacao, a plant traditionally used to support emotional openness, clarity, and a sense of inner warmth. Guided intention-setting and breathwork will help you drop out of the thinking mind and into the heart space, creating a container for reflection, presence, and self-connection. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative soundbath. Crystal bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments will wash over the body, inviting the nervous system to settle and allowing the mind to rest.

-blanket and/or pillow for extra coziness

-journal and pen for reflections

-any special items that help you feel centered
